Doorbell is in the classic alarms group: the sounds that have woken people for a century: bells, clocks and calls that cut through sleep without being painful. It works well with a 30-second fade-in and the default snooze. Set the volume with Test sound before you sleep; the alarm rings at the volume your device is set to.
Every alarm can have its own sound, so you can wake to doorbell on weekdays and something gentler at the weekend. If you cannot decide, choose Surprise me and the clock picks a different sound from the 60 each time.
